Free Public Forum in honor of Daniel Ellsberg famed nuclear strategist-turned-Pentagon Papers whistleblower, and in commemoration of the August 1945 nuclear bombing of Hiroshima & Nagasaki.

Molly Brown, prominent local activist, will describe Daniel Ellsberg’s brave and useful life working toward world peace and nuclear disarmament.
Dr. Daniel Axelrod, Physics Professor Emeritus from the University of Michigan, will present Ellsberg's disturbing revelations of the prominence of aggressive nuclear threat-making in US foreign policy.
Dr. Axelrod is a coauthor with Dr. Michio Kaku of a book on nuclear strategy, in part inspired by the Ellsberg revelations. He taught a course at U. Michigan entitled "Science and Strategy in the Nuclear Arms Race". He is a member of the W.A.T.E.R. Board of Directors.
Molly Brown, M.A., M.Div., grew up in the “Atomic City” of Los Alamos and has been a friend to Dan Ellsberg’s wife Patricia. She leads workshops that help people find their calling in response to global crises.
